Well after months of Dalen living in his prestigeous gated community, he is now being tested by the lure of freedom. Our poor $9.99 wooden framed gate had, had its share of beatings from Dalen. Everytime he would even go near it, it seemed to fall over. Frustrated, Mario kept trying to put it back and I suggested we test just how good of a listener Dalen is. Our kitchen and living room is separated by a shiny, gleaming strip of metal. Everytime Dalen sees it glaring back at him (literally) you can see him struggling with a choice. Surprisingly, he has done considerably well if you think of the fact that obedience is DEFINITELY NOT his forte. There have been a few crossings of the border but after capturing our little illegal alien and putting him back captive, he adjusts fine after a few tears.
